Installation work completed by our licensed electricians is warranted free from defects in workmanship for ten years from the date of practical completion.

What the warranty covers, and what it doesn't
Taken word for word from our warranty terms, so there are no surprises when you need it.
If a fault is caused by the way we did the installation, we come back and put it right without charging labour for the rectification itself.
- Defects caused directly by the way Electrical Genius performed the original installation work.
- Rectification labour that is reasonably required to correct accepted defective workmanship.
- Work expressly described on the relevant invoice, quote or job record.
Your legal rights are preserved. This is a voluntary warranty provided in addition to rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under law. Its exclusions apply only to this voluntary warranty.

Get in touch
Call or email us with your name, the installation address and the job or certificate number from your warranty certificate. A photo of the problem helps.

We inspect and confirm the cause
A licensed electrician looks at the fault and works out whether it comes down to our workmanship, a product failure or something outside the install.

We put it right
If it's our workmanship, we rectify it without charging labour for the rectification. If it's a product fault, we help you with the manufacturer's warranty instead.
